A few days ago Apple released their iOS 7.1 beta 2 for registered developers for testing purposes with a build number 11D5115d. The update is 120MB and you may download it over-the-air or trough your console on Apple's developer center website.
From the release notes we can see, that Apple has fixed issues with the network connection, Touch ID and Passcode options are in the main Settings menu instead of being somewhere inside the general menu.
Also, the Yahoo logo is changed, extra burst mode options for the camera, "dark keyboard", new accessibility setting, which allows you to turn on button shapes. Other fixes include animations speed improvements and the iTunes matching is a quite faster.
There was also a bug in the previous release, which made all tones sound like the default one, this has been fixed.
