Force Touch for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus?

Rumors have it that Apple is now working with its suppliers for production of the next iPhone, so the new device might include Force Touch. The new smartphones will be available in the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screen sizes, reported Bloomberg, citing unnamed sources familiar with the situation.

Force Touch is a technology that detects the force with which the user presses their finger on the screen. The technology is already used in Apple Watch and the new MacBook and MacBook Pro. Rumors that the new technology will soon be implemented in the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones have been circulating for months.

The report by Bloomberg claimed that the production of large amounts of new phones will take place next month. Bloomberg's sources said they do not expect any serious problems for the assembly of new phones.

Problematic areas are the supply chains, because of the possibility that the big part of the new Force Touch displays may not pass quality assurance tests.
