Decathlon releases waterproof, rugged smartphone for people, who love the outdoors, under the name Quechua Phone 5'' for around 230€ (about $312). The phone itself has been developed in partnership with Archos. It has been IP 54 certified, has a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU and 1GB of RAM on a Qualcomm chipset. The display is 5-inch (hence, the name 5") offering a 5 megapixel camera and 4 GB of internal memory that can be expanded with a microSD card.

The operating system is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The battery is large enough - 3,500mAh which is said to last 22 hours talking.
