China Mobile, a mobile carrier in China(as the name suggest) with over 700 million users, one of the largest mobile service providers, may have have negotiated with Apple to officially offer the iPhone. When will this happen? The Wall Street Journal first reported the news, saying that the phones should be available later this month - on December 18th.

Both iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c support the carrier's TD-LTE network. China Telecom and China Unicom already offer the iPhone.
